• please place your order at least 7 days in advance
• limited slots are available each week

delivery

• delivery windows are selected at checkout
• deliveries are made within a 4-hour time slot
• exact arrival time is not guaranteed
• please ensure all delivery details are accurate
• if the recipient is unavailable, the bouquet may be left at a safe location (if appropriate) or re-delivery will be arranged at an additional fee

refund & cancellation

all orders are final once confirmed.

• no cancellations are allowed after order confirmation
• minor changes (such as delivery details or message card) may be requested within 12 hours of order confirmation, subject to availability
• no refunds will be provided for change of mind

as flowers are natural and perishable, slight variations in color, shape, and bloom are expected.

refunds or replacements are only considered in the case of severely damaged items upon delivery.
